Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership to the occupational health team, manage the occupational health advisors on a day-to-day basis, maintain and develop the occupational health processes and business, work closely with the company’s medical advisor and support our sales and account management teams.

Past roles that I am proud of: I have worked for both public and private sector organisations. I have a strong sense of accountability, ethical practice and health and well being gain, through workplace cultures and practices.

Accomplishments: I have been involved in government led initiatives, such as the Health and Safety Executive’s Management Standards for Work Related Stress, the Construction Products Association’s Medical Standards for Crane Drivers and the Department of Health’s Pandemic Flu Programme.

Personal Accomplishments: I am interested in many creative pursuits with a particular passion for dancing, where I train and demonstrate with a local group, nationally.
