The FirstCare Platform

FirstCare operate with an entirely in-house IT Platform, designed, developed, tested and maintained in our head office in Waterloo.  This provides FirstCare with the opportunity to provide an agile, fully bespoke service that continues to evolve in line with the needs of our customers with the innovation of our staff. Our platform is maintained through a set of effective management systems covering information security, quality assurance and business continuity, all of which enable FirstCare to provide the UK’s leading absence management service.

ISO9001 Certified

It is our mission to continually improve our processes and services in order to consistently meet the high standards expected by our customers. To achieve this FirstCare operate a Quality Assurance Management System that has been successfully certified against the ISO9001 Standards.

Business Continuity

BS25999 Certified

It is our objective to ensure continued availability of all FirstCare services, through strategic business continuity and recovery plans that are recurrently monitored and improved in order to meet the high standards expected by our customers. To achieve this FirstCare operate to a Business Continuity Management system that was been successful certified against the BS25999 Standards in July 2011.

Information Security

ISO27001 Certified

FirstCare recognise the importance of protecting the security and integrity of sensitive data and in December of 2008 became the first absence management company in the UK to be certified against the ISO27001 Standards for Information Security.
